This divides your premium by your kilometres. It says nothing about what your premium should be.
How it works
Cost per kilometre = yearly premium ÷ kilometres per year. Cost per 100 km is that figure × 100. Cost per month is the yearly premium ÷ 12.
Example
You pay €1,200 a year and drive 15,000 km. €1,200 ÷ 15,000 = €0.08 per km, €8.00 per 100 km and €100.00 per month.

Questions
Does this say what my premium should be?
No. It only restates the premium you enter as a price per kilometre. What an insurer charges depends on the car, the driver and the cover.
Is anything I enter stored?
No. The calculation runs in your browser and nothing is sent.
Why per 100 km as well?
Fuel and charging are often priced per 100 km, so the same unit makes the two costs easy to compare.
