FAQ
- Who insures me?
A licensed insurer writes the policy. Cushly does not have that licence yet. We are working toward one.
- Why would FSD make the premium lower?
Insurers pay for crashes. FSD (Supervised) is on for those kilometres, with you still legally driving.
- Am I still the driver?
Yes. FSD (Supervised) is not unsupervised. The Netherlands approved it with the human legally responsible and able to take over.
- Why raise the steering wheel on FSD?
On FSD the car is already steering. If the rim sits in your lap, a shift in the seat becomes a turn.
- What about the cameras?
FSD only sees what the windscreen lets through. Road film, frost, and a tree splat all count.
- Why the Netherlands and Belgium first?
The Netherlands has FSD (Supervised) on public roads. Belgium is next door and the same kind of driving.
- Which countries is this for?
The waitlist is every country in Europe: EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway, the Balkans, Ukraine, the microstates, and the rest of the map.
- Can my assistant add me?
Yes. It posts your email to cushly.eu/api/waitlist. We still mail you the login link. Nobody is on cover because an assistant said so.
