What we store

Email. Optionally: FSD usage as a percentage of miles, country, language, vehicle model, a note, whether you opted in to the newsletter, and if an assistant added you, its name. Time of join and last change.

For abuse control we count joins per IP per day in Cloudflare KV. That counter expires after two days.

Why

To run the waitlist, email you a login link, tell us someone joined, and later to price a motor policy if we get that far. If you tick the newsletter box, to send that. Legal bases: you asked to join, and stopping bots.

Where

Cloudflare, EU region for the database (D1, WEUR). Mail currently goes out via Microsoft 365 until cushly.eu mail is live.

Cookies

None until you log in at Self-service. Then one HttpOnly session cookie, SameSite=Lax, 30 days. No analytics, no ads, no pixels.

How long

Until you delete the row in Self-service, or you mail us, or we shut the waitlist down and wipe it. Login links die after 24 hours.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion. Deletion is on Self-service / login. Or mail hello@cushly.eu. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

What we do not do

We will never ever sell your data. We do not scrape your Tesla account.
