The policy is written and carried by a licensed European insurer. Cushly builds the product and looks after you.

Who insures me?
A licensed insurer writes the policy. Cushly does not have that licence yet. We are working toward one.
Why would FSD make the premium lower?
Insurers pay for crashes. FSD (Supervised) is on for those kilometres, with you still legally driving.
Am I still the driver?
Yes. FSD (Supervised) is not unsupervised. The Netherlands approved it with the human legally responsible and able to take over.
Why raise the steering wheel on FSD?
On FSD the car is already steering. If the rim sits in your lap, a shift in the seat becomes a turn.
What about the cameras?
FSD only sees what the windscreen lets through. Road film, frost, and a tree splat all count.
